In the past, I used to sleep so well - I'd fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow, and wake up with the alarm. But when I went through the menopause, my sleep started deteriorating, and I discovered how tough it is when you don't get a full night's sleep.
As part of my journey training to be a Health Coach, then developing my business as a Wellness Advocate, I learnt about how we sleep, and we can do for ourselves to improve our sleep. I put my learning into practice and these days I have a full, restorative night's sleep almost every night.
I now help others sleep better through information and guidance, as well as therapeutic grade essential oils, and it's such a privilege to be able to help others make such life-enhancing changes to feel better.
