What will you get from the training modules?

The aim of the training is to provide you with knowledge and information about the different aspects of your lifestyle that can impact your wellbeing, particularly during mid-life when perimenopause and menopausal symptoms are playing havoc, to help you make informed choices about what might be appropriate for you.   

I will then work with you to support you to make the changes you want to achieve.

Everyone is different, no one size fits all, but there are fundamental facts and information that all mid-life women should have access to.
The training is delivered via online videos, which you can work through in your own time and at your own pace.  You will be given access to each module as the programme progresses, gradually building your own library of knowledge and information.

Each module is accompanied by worksheets to enable you to reflect on what is relevant for you and to help you generate ideas for how you can change and move forwards.



​Throughout the programme, there will be recommendations of essential oils that can help support the different lifestyle areas we will be looking at.

​In addition to the wealth of knowledge you will gain from the training modules, you will also benefit from a full coaching programme, with the information gathered from each module forming the basis for the subsequent coaching sessions.

Coaching is facilitated support, based on the belief that all of us have the capacity to grow and change, but sometimes we need help to find our inner resources and move forwards. 

It helps you unlock your potential, develop motivation, and enables you to make and sustain powerful positive lifestyle choices, in easy do-able steps tailored to your needs. 

​A coach will listen to you, hear you and support you, and be by your side through your transition.  Working alone is hard, and in a world that makes good health difficult to achieve and unnecessarily complicated, health coaching removes the overwhelm and provides a personalised route back to sustainable health, on your own terms.

The coaching sessions, whether 1-to-1 or group, will take place online, usually using Zoom.  This is an easy-to-use video conferencing that only requires you to click on the link I send you, so no special software is required, and you can run it on a desktop, laptop, phone or tablet.

How are the programmes structured?
Individual Coaching Programme

This is ideal for women who are seeking more intensive support, who would value a personalised service and would like the flexibility to follow the programme at their own pace.​
You will benefit from seven completely personalised 1-to-1 coaching sessions at a pace to suit you, but typically it would take place over a 6 month period, with modules and individual coaching sessions as follows:

  • Week 1 - first individual coaching session with me to prepare for the programme and set goals

  • Weeks 2-4 - module 1 followed by an individual coaching session

  • Weeks 5-7 - module 2 followed by an individual coaching session

  • Weeks 8-10 - module 3 followed by an individual coaching session

  • Weeks 11-14- module 4 followed by an individual  coaching session

  • Weeks 15-18- module 5 followed by an individual coaching session

  • Weeks 19-23- module 6 followed by an individual coaching session

  • Weeks 24- final individual coaching session to review, debrief, and plan ongoing actions.

Between sessions, I am available to answer questions or provide additional support as needed.  

The coaching sessions take place at a time to suit you, and the pace of the programme is up to you according your needs - the outline above is an indication of what a typical programme would look like.

The order of modules can be changed to suit your needs and priorities.

If you would like to share your journey, and explore ideas and options with other like-minded women, then a group programme is for you.

This is a 4-month programme which runs as follows:
  • Weeks 1 & 2 - each person has their own 1-to-1 personalised coaching session with me to prepare them for the programme and set their own individual goals

  • Weeks 3 & 4 - module 1 with weekly group coaching sessions

  • Weeks 5 & 6 - module 2 with weekly group coaching sessions

  • Weeks 7 & 8 - module 3 with weekly group coaching sessions

  • Weeks 9 & 10 - module 4 with weekly group coaching sessions

  • Weeks 11 & 12 - module 5 with weekly group coaching sessions

The weekly group coaching sessions are a great opportunity to work with myself and your fellow attendees, to explore learning from the training, and discuss how you are going to apply it to your lives.  The dates will all be given in advance, but as each module has two coaching sessions, it provides flexibility and options in case you are unable to make all the sessions.
