What will you get from the training modules?
The aim of the training is to provide you with knowledge and information about the different aspects of your lifestyle that can impact your wellbeing, particularly during mid-life when perimenopause and menopausal symptoms are playing havoc, to help you make informed choices about what might be appropriate for you.
I will then work with you to support you to make the changes you want to achieve. Everyone is different, no one size fits all, but there are fundamental facts and information that all mid-life women should have access to. |

Coaching is facilitated support, based on the belief that all of us have the capacity to grow and change, but sometimes we need help to find our inner resources and move forwards. A coach will listen to you, hear you and support you, and be by your side through your transition. Working alone is hard, and in a world that makes good health difficult to achieve and unnecessarily complicated, health coaching removes the overwhelm and provides a personalised route back to sustainable health, on your own terms. |
How are the programmes structured?
Individual Coaching Programme
You will benefit from seven completely personalised 1-to-1 coaching sessions at a pace to suit you, but typically it would take place over a 6 month period, with modules and individual coaching sessions as follows:
Between sessions, I am available to answer questions or provide additional support as needed. The coaching sessions take place at a time to suit you, and the pace of the programme is up to you according your needs - the outline above is an indication of what a typical programme would look like. The order of modules can be changed to suit your needs and priorities. plus seven individual, personalised, coaching sessions and support between sessions - which together will combine to unlock your potential, develop your motivation and enable you to sustain powerful positive lifestyle choices, in easy do-able steps tailored to your needs. Group Programme
This is a 4-month programme which runs as follows:
The weekly group coaching sessions are a great opportunity to work with myself and your fellow attendees, to explore learning from the training, and discuss how you are going to apply it to your lives. The dates will all be given in advance, but as each module has two coaching sessions, it provides flexibility and options in case you are unable to make all the sessions. This amazing programme will significantly reduce your menopausal symptoms by providing
extensive learning and knowledge from the training modules, two individual, personalised, coaching sessions and twelve group coaching sessions - which together will combine to unlock your potential, develop your motivation and enable you to sustain powerful positive lifestyle choices, in easy do-able steps tailored to your needs Invest in yourself to create these incredible changes in your life! Work with me personally and benefit from group support for just £795 This can be paid in 4 instalments - £345 plus 3 monthly payments of £150. |
