Second coaching session to consolidate on learning so far, reflect on progress,
and set an ongoing approach.
Once you have had a chance to make some changes, this is the time to review what has worked for you, and gain further insights in to how you can take your newfound knowledge, skills and enthusiasm forward.

The first and second coaching sessions are usually 2-4 weeks apart, but it is flexible dependant on your needs and availability. It is important that you have sufficient time between sessions to put your initial learning in to practice.
