​From my experience of supporting hundreds of women, I have put together a programme based on proven principles of managing menopausal symptoms.  I know how hard it is to get reliable information, and women often don't know where to turn.  I have put together a toolkit of skills, knowledge and solutions that are proven to improve your symptoms - naturally.
This is a short, intensive programme, designed to kick-start new lifestyle habits by providing information, support and tools to help you reduce your hot flushes.

You will work with other like-minded women in a safe space, and develop your own, personalised strategies, for how you are going to take back control  and feel better.

This programme is only for women who are serious about making changes, and are prepared to focus for a week on the programme. 

​You must believe in the power of lifestyle and be prepared to commit to making changes and try new techniques to change unhelpful habits.

​There will be a maximum group size of 15, so first come, first served!

Having said that, I will be there to support you, as well as the group you will be training with.

How does the programme work?
Run in a private Facebook group, you will be introduced to proven techniques and mindset approaches for managing hot flushes naturally, and be supported to create a personalised plan to make the changes in your life that will benefit you the most.

​The topics we will cover are:

  • why do we have hot flushes and night sweats?
  • triggers and precipitants
  • ​thoughts and beliefs
  • relaxation and stress management
  • breathing techniques
  • ​sleep

To kick-off, on the Sunday evening, there will be a live discussion, explaining how the programme will work, giving you some basic information about why we get hot flushes, and answering any initial questions you may have.

Each morning, Monday to Friday, I will run a half hour presentation live in the group, explaining the topic for the day, which you can watch at a time that suits you during the day if you don't manage to catch it live.
​

And each day, you will have questions to respond to, to help you work out how you can benefit from the knowledge you have gained that day, and what is going to make the greatest difference for you.  

​This will enable you to apply your new knowledge to your life, and see what's going to make a difference for you.

Throughout the week, there will be plenty of interaction in the group, where you will be able to ask me any questions, and support each other in making the lifestyle changes that will help you feel better.

By the end of the week, you will have had the opportunity to create your own, personalised plan for how you are going to move forwards and reduce your hot flushes.

One of the tools I highly recommend are essential oils, so as part of the programme, I will send you a selection of FREE samples of oils*, which I will introduce you to during the week.  

These oils have been shown to help balance hormones and reduce hot flushes.
